Meal Prep Ideas. Last week I was so well organized, I prepped all my meals on Sunday night. And truth is, as time goes by I feel more and more the importance of having a balanced lifestyle and a healthy routine so I am really trying to put things in order from this perspective. One of the big parts is knowing and controlling what you eat so that you don’t feel bloated, heavy or low in energy, as this can definitely ruin your day and your mood; and trust me, meal prepping is your friend for that. It might sound complicated and time consuming, but I personally like to keep it efficient – by which I mean I will eat pretty much the same thing all over again until I can’t anymore. Nonetheless, sometimes I do try to spice up my food routine a little bit and get inspired by low effort & beautifully looking recipes like these.

Workplace politics. If there is one thing I don’t like in the workplace, it’s definitely politics. Especially because as I am advancing throughly career and through different jobs, I see more and more the role that politics play and how many times they define promotions, organisational structures and all relationship dynamics. Though, because they exist, it is definitely a must to be aware of what the power game looks like in your company so that you know where to push and pull to meet you own agenda.

What I am listening to. I am kind of obsessed with NPR’s How I Built This podcast, especially because lately I am thinking more and more about starting my own business at some point. I love to hear how Guy explores the journey of successful business founders and listening to their stories and the struggles, challenges and successes that they went through inspires me so much and makes me think about my own possibilities as well.
