Weekly Reads – July 30th

Welcome to the Weekly Reads, where I highlight articles that I found on the web and that are focused on career advice, lifestyle, beauty or anything I think would round up as useful for the young, modern, working woman. So get yourself comfortable, pour a cup of coffee and enjoy this week’s reads!

Before I start with this week’s pick, let me say one thing: Hello from 33 ºC weather in Berlin! The week has been extremely warm and it is not seeming to calm down for at least one more week. I am literally living in white tees trying to survive through this. Also, big shout out to coconut water, which is the only thing keeping me hydrated. #gratefulforeverythingcoconut

Stay sharp. I love productivity hacks, so here are some good tips on how to stay productive throughout the day. Fake it to make it. Being at the start of your career, you will often feel inexperienced and lacking expertise, but truth is most people fell that way throughout their careers. Artificial Intelligence. AI is the buzz word nowadays and no matter the industry you are in, I am pretty sure there is a big interest in seeing how to leverage that or how to apply it for your industry. Staying up to date with the latest developments in AI is necessary for every professional no matter if your department is IT, finance or marketing so make sure you stay up to date with what’s going on.
