This week’s reads are coming to you a few days late. The holidays made me lose track of the days and I completely forgot to post!
This past week has been quite short and busy when it comes to work; I only worked Monday and Tuesday and on Wednesday morning I was already on my way to Spain, to spend the holidays there. Back in the beautiful city of Bilbao, the rest of the week has been just amazing – we’ve been surrounded by good food, wine and coffee as well as great company – what else can I wish for?

Winter reading list. The Consultant Mind – with the help of his readers – put together a list of readings for MBA students for the winter break. There are a lot of great recommendations on the list on , if you are into business, consulting, there is something for you there.
Getting to the top. SAP CEO, Bill McDermott was named manager of the year by Manager Magazin, a German business magazine due to “SAP’s long-lasting growth story worthy of distinction.”. Link to the article here, if you want to read why.
Quick and good. Christmas dinner for two in less than two hours, I might just use this to get inspired for our New Year’s dinner. While we are spending Christmas with the family and friends in Spain – so no cooking for us – for New Year’s we chose to go back home to our cozy flat in Berlin and enjoy the evening just the two of us over a nice, home-made dinner.
