I don’t have much to tell you about last week. Except that I am very confused. At least when it comes to the weather. We’re back to cold days, even snowy days, and then (maybe) we also get one day of sun and 20 C degrees every week or two. I just can’t wrap my head around it and I […]

Last week was went by so quickly; and the Easter break even more so. I blinked on Thursday evening after sending my last work e-mail and then it was Monday night. We had a good time over the long weekend and we also celebrated the Mr’s birthday. We even attempted our first proper birthday cake; the cake turned out really pretty, but […]

Last week flew by for me. Monday – Wednesday I was quite busy with work while the second half of last week I was off and enjoyed the time relaxing, reading, going on bike rides and catching up with my studying. I still had a couple of days left from my 2020 holidays that I needed to take before end […]

Last week was pretty busy at work and I worked quite a few late nights to finish up some projects. I also made a bit of time for studying a couple of nights and progressed with my courses. We had a peer review assignment last week and I love this about Coursera courses; they make it quite interactive and it […]

Last week I was on holiday and it was a total bliss. I managed to read a book and a half, advance one more course in my PM specialization on Coursera, and prep some more material for my weekly Instagram career advice series #CareerTipsWithTCE. If you haven’t already, make sure you check it out on my Instagram, it’s pretty good […]

Happy International Women’s Day! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful day and celebrated yourselves, even if just a little. I am off work this week and today is also a holiday in Berlin – yes, Berlin adopted IWD as a public holiday! I am looking forward to not doing much this week, just reading, studying a little, and resting. […]

Last week was proper early spring in northern Germany. We had around 16-20 C degrees in Berlin and we enjoyed plenty of walks, coffee breaks, and even online meetings outdoors. I’ve loved every single day of winter but after these few days of sun, I am so ready for spring and summer! Work was alright so nothing worthy of mention here, […]

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a relaxing weekend and a great start to Monday! I definitely did. Last week though, was pretty busy at work and it took a toll on the other projects I’m juggling. I’ve also hit a bit of an energetic low when it comes to pushing forward with the career pivot I’m working on, and definitely experienced […]

Welcome to this week’s edition of The Weekly Reads! How are you holding up? February is treating me like a dream so far.  I am still high on energy and working on my career switch and if you read this post on Instagram you know that I already had my very first Product Manager interview(!). I am sure this is the […]

Welcome to the first February Weekly Reads. I can’t believe that January is over. The month flew by for me but it was also packed with quite a few good things. I did a recap of my January highlights on Instagram and among them are: I started actively working on my career change (which I was thinking about for a while) and […]

How was last week for you? I am still running on good January energy and am quite enjoying it. I love that I am still going strong on my 30 day yoga journey Home from Yoga with Adriene and am currently at day 24. The daily sessions are rather gentle and I often end up complementing them with a strength workout or a […]

How was the first work week of the year? Luckily, I had a good one, with a mild workload – most of my clients were still with half a leg on holidays – which means I could ease back into the rhythm gently, and I could also focus my energy on some prep work to help start the year on […]

Welcome to the first Weekly Reads of 2021! I hope you’ve had a wonderful break close to your loved ones – whether physically or via Zoom – and got to rest and recharge your batteries for the start of the year. I’ve had a truly magical time. It was just the two of us celebrating but we built a festive […]

This week I am off work, spending the Christmas week relaxing at home and enjoying the Christmas tree. I am also very much looking forward to opening all the gifts that have been sitting under the tree for almost a month now and my patience is running low (we did our Christmas shopping early this year). If you are still […]

Over the weekend I did a bit of a blog refresh – which, if you are reading this post you might have noticed – and I am quite happy with it. I think it became easier to read and also much faster. Let me know in the comments if you have any feedback! The weekend also brought us news of […]
